Service provider
Konstruo is a service provided by POL VIÑOLAS ROIG SL (tax ID B22512313), with registered address at C/ Born, 3, 17820 Banyoles (Girona), registered in the Commercial Registry of Girona. Contact email: hola@konstruo.build. In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSICE), these terms govern access to and use of the service.
Object
Konstruo is a cloud-based construction management software for companies in the construction sector. The service includes the modules covered by your active plan: projects, planning, time tracking, delivery notes, quotes, invoicing and the worker portal, among others.
Access and registration
To use Konstruo you must be of legal age, act on behalf of a company or professional activity, and provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all actions carried out from your account.
Trial period
Trial access is free for 30 days from registration, with no credit card required. When the trial period ends, the service is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. Data entered during the trial is retained for 15 additional days to facilitate subscription.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance according to the chosen option. Prices exclude VAT. Payment is made by credit card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for the unused portion. On an annual plan, if you cancel before the year ends you retain access until the original renewal date. You may export your data before cancelling. Thirty days after cancellation, your account and its data will be permanently deleted.
Plan changes
You may change plan at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately and the cost for the current period is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
User obligations
You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and not to enter false, malicious or third-party-rights-infringing data. Prohibited uses include unlawful activities, unauthorised access to third-party systems or reselling the service without express authorisation.
Intellectual property
The software, design, logos and content of Konstruo are the property of POL VIÑOLAS ROIG SL or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
Availability and limitation of liability
We aim for 99.5 % monthly uptime. However, we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. In no event shall our total liability for damages exceed the amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you continue using the service after the new terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription at no extra cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of the user's domicile, or before the courts of Barcelona when the user acts as a business.
